Stories are a powerful way of bringing patient experiences to life and provide valuable insight into the local NHS services we commission (buy). They help us to understand what is important to people, what works well and what can be improved. We listen to and focus on the patients overall experience rather than just a clinical condition or as an outcome.
Unless you give permission, any patient story we collect will remain anonymous. The patient stories programme is not part of our complaints procedure. If you have a concern about a service you should contact the PALS team.
If you have used health services in the last 12 months and would like to submit your story, please see our patient stories information.
You can share your experience with us by submitting your story here.
