Our CCG governing body
The members of Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are GP member practices in Richmond. Our members identify the NHS services needed to improve health in the borough and develop plans to implement the required changes.
Our member GP practices have elected a governing body to lead NHS healthcare commissioning in Richmond. Our governing body members include seven GPs, three lay members (people not employed by the NHS), a registered nurse and a hospital doctor.
Governing body meetings
Richmond CCG has a governing body meeting in public every two months. At these meetings the governing body will discuss and find solutions to current health issues in the community. Coming to a meeting gives members of the public insight into how we make decisions about the health services we plan, buy and monitor (commission) in Richmond. Members of the public are also invited to ask questions about specific agenda items.
